My anniversary, my birthday and my wife's birthday are all within 3 weeks in April. So I consistently look at re-trades for April to see if something comes up worth going to instead of one of the HHI trades we get in the summer. I search St Thomas. St Johns, Aruba and recently Atlantis to see what pops up. The last one was St Thomas two years ago. In all my years of looking at re-trades in II during anytime, and I look often, I can never remember seeing a 3 bedroom Aruba Surf popping up at any time. Today it came up for the end of April. When I looked at airfares it is around 600 round trip which isn't crazy, so I grabbed it.

II takes work but still worth having a good trader and the big effort to trade. My 3 bedroom MGC traded for 2 summer HHI MGO's which one of the HHI re-traded for the 3 bedroom Surf. Look at MFs for all and club dues fee, it is a great value.

Question, are all the 3 bedroom's considered Oceanview and in the Compass building?

I have seen them occasionally for fall months but very rare!

Yes all of the 3-bedrooms are Oceanview and in a single stack in the compass tower.
