Hilton has announced this morning that they are changing the 6 month window to 7 months out. Also Hilton properties will be available for Max owners starting by the end of July. Which is actually ahead of schedule.

HGV Max News, Resort Rebranding And More!
Since launching HGV Max sales to Bluegreen Members last fall, our teams at Hilton Grand Vacations have been working diligently behind the scenes to enhance your experience. We’ve been focusing on expanding resort access to more exciting destinations, working toward offering Hilton Honors benefits and preparing for the rebranding of your Bluegreen properties.
That’s why I’m excited to share this update with our HGV Max Members — so you can make the most of your vacation membership with HGV.
Expanded Resort Options
First, I’m thrilled to announce that all HGV Max Members will soon gain access to an expanded selection of resorts ahead of schedule! By the end of July, you’ll be able to enjoy the first set of resort offerings to use your points across both Bluegreen and HGV-branded properties.
At the same time, we’re going to make it even easier to plan your vacations by extending the HGV Max Reservation Window from six to seven months1 before check-out. And this is just the beginning — more properties will be added to the expanded portfolio throughout the rest of 2025 and into next year.
Hilton Honors Access
I’m also happy to share that starting this fall, Bluegreen Members with HGV Max benefits will enjoy automatic enrollment in the Hilton Honors program based on your HGV Max tier. With this benefit, you’ll also have the ability to convert your points to Hilton Honors Points every other year. In addition, you’ll gain access to the HGV Max Rate with Hilton, which provides 10% savings off the regularly published rates when making reservations at any Hilton hotel2.
Resort Rebranding News
Also, this summer, we’re beginning rebranding efforts at select Bluegreen properties, and more are planned for 2026 and beyond under the HGV brand. Rest assured, your ownership rights, reservation process and contract will remain unchanged — only the name and branding will evolve. We promise to keep you informed via email and your Club Traveler newsletter.
New HGV Max Videos
Finally, I’m happy to share that we’re working on new videos designed to help HGV Max Members make the most of their benefits. The videos will be available on your Member website and will highlight the key advantages of your membership by tier.
Announcements about access to the expanded HGV resort portfolio, Hilton Honors program benefits and the new videos will be shared on your Member website and Club Traveler newsletter as soon as they’re available. To explore HGV Max and your tier-specific benefits, visit our dedicated HGV Max page.

This is the most interesting sentence for BG owners attending OU and getting the FUD sales pitch. Believe the VP, not the sales weasel.

"Rest assured, your ownership rights, reservation process and contract will remain unchanged — only the name and branding will evolve."

This is so true. Do not believe the sales guys. They are full of half truths. Only upgrade if YOU feel it is good for your situation and not because of what the salesperson tells you. They love to sell the fear of you need to buy more.

If only more owners will avail themselves to checking the website routinely to get the facts, rather than from sales.
 
Hysterical. Everyone yelling at me because it is obvious that a purchase of points in BlueGreen gets an owner the ability to play in the much larger universe of Hilton.
Go ahead, shame anyone from buying points to get a better product. Call it whatever you want but the bottom line is that small BG gets to come into big Hilton. Horrible! Evil! Tragedy! God forbid anyone should buy points from a developer! This is a huge improvement for the BG owner, hands down. If I wasn't so invested in another product I would buy this and I'm happy for my friend who will have a much broader list of quality resorts to go to.
Pompous, self-serving, patronizing hypocrites on this forum. Grow up.

You and your wife gave your friend horrible advice to buy from the developer and you can't handle people explaining this to you.

Tell us this, oh wise one, what does your friend lose by converting to Max? If one likes their current Bluegreen and want to keep it how much less would it be to buy HGVC resale than buying Max from developer?

Inquiring pompous, self-serving, patronizing hypocrites on this forum want to know so they can properly grow up.

Interesting, you don't even own this product. So you don't have any experience, yet you are giving us all advice. We are sharing our experience on which we own. My suggestion to you is to purchase the product and then come back here and share your experience.

Definitely a salesperson who thinks TUG members are dupes and trying to recruit more buyers. Every HGVC/HVC FB group gets posts by these guys, exalting the benefits of Max and claiming doom if one doesn't buy in. Can't even "sell" it on it's merits (not that I see many). Personally, we delete them from our group when they become rude (as we would any other rude poster) as they inevitably do when they can't contradict the facts.
That speel works with randos who aren't in TUG or other such helpful groups.
LO and other such persons haven't figured out there's no point posting that cr*p in groups that are well informed like this one.
