max save points $139 before Nov 30

I got the above email from corporate . i went ahead and saved 1200 bHC points even though we have a ton for next year (we got a bunch of free 2024 points so didn't pull forward as usual).

Is Max always $139 to save points prior to Nov 30? is this a special price? I believe it is normally $239 after Aug 31?

Funny thing is when I first tried to save they said it was no charge (price was "0$"). unfortunately that errored out twice before the correct price showed up.
