I hope James had the presence of mind to pay the $15 membership fee! Who says membership doesn't have it's privileges! A great offer BMWGuy-I would have probably just rented it out for $1,000 a week (and that would be a sweet deal for the renter) for the rest of my life!

James did not buy it. I still have it, and it's ready to go. I'd love it if someone would come and get it.

It's an annual-use floating week 1-52, one bedroom, 1.5 bath. First year of use is 2011. MF's were $853 for 2010, which I've already paid. They bill in November and are due January 1st. There are no special assessments, and the deed is paid in full. No surprises.

Back story: I'd sold this timeshare to someone who dragged the deal out for several months, then bailed on our agreement. While in that escrow, I'd purchased another one myself, thinking this one was gone to the new owner. So since I have this one back, I now own more than I can use. I'd love to find this one a new home.
