We prefer the south end of Kihei, where we own. But haven't stayed at this resort so can't speak for the units or the grounds. One of the best resorts in all of Kihei because of location, imo. The grassy park with trees between the ocean and resort is why.

Maui Schooner is on South Kihei Rd., but I consider it more middle Kihei. South Kihei is down where Kam I, II, and III are.The Maui Schooner is in South Kihei, isn't it ? It's definitely on South Kihei Road. The resort itself is probably a solid 3.5 but the location is a 5 on a scale to 5, imo. It's on the ocean side of South Kihei Road next to Waipulani Park. There is about a 50 - 60 yard strip of Waipulani Park is in front of the Maui Schooner which is grass and trees. It's a fantastic place to view sunset.

I wonder where the line is ? We own Worldmark and the Kihei resort was described to be in South Kihei.Maui Schooner is on South Kihei Rd., but I consider it more middle Kihei. South Kihei is down where Kam I, II, and III are.
Rentals Maui, a local management company considers several of the resorts next to Maui Schooner as North Kihei.
Cove Beach Park to Kam III is considered South Kihei.I wonder where the line is ? We own Worldmark and the Kihei resort was described to be in South Kihei.

Maui Hill is actually a little bit south of Kam III, it is almost on the border of Kiheil and Wailea. Pull up a Google map and you can see how things are laid out. As I posted earlier, the designating line I've seen between North and South Kihei is Cove Beach Park, which is north of Kam I. So Kam III north to Cove Beach Park is South Maui.Isn't Maui Hill north of Kam III ? Is there a different geographical designation for North of Kam III ? Is north of Kam III considered South Wailea ?
