Vacation Village: Woodstone at Massanutten and Grandview (RCI Points) & the Colonies
**Mountainside Villas at Massanutten (Virginia mountains near Harrisonburg,). $800 December 31- January 7, 2023-2024 (Sun-Sun). 2BR loft unit sleeps up to 8. **
Silver crown but among the most in demand 2 bedrooms at Massanutten. It is decorated more like a cabin in the woods than other Massanutten units. Nice thing about this one is it has a loft area with 2 day beds so if you have 6 in your party, no one has to be on the sofa bed. Because of the 4 single beds (along with a king in the master bedroom) it is probably better suited for families with kids or bringing a grandparent or aunt or cousins, rather than 2-3 couples. There may be 20+ steps to access the unit. Once inside the unit is on 2 floors. There is a water park on site but it requires an additional fee (or you could go to a presentation for 4 water park passes if you want to spend several hours at a high pressure sales pitch). There are multiple pools accessible with the included recreation passes. Plenty of space for a family to spread out and have their own space and enjoy time together.
May involve paying a standard Massanutten resort fee (there are some reports of rentals from owners not being charged, but I would not count on that.
Not interested in lower offers. If not rented by Sunday (12/10) it will be deposited with an exchange company. Is listed on RedWeek as insured and verified and my preference is to receive payment through that.
