Woodstone at Massanutten
Good Morning Everyone. I am giving away my Massanutten time-share. I know I will have to get the deed recorded with the land records in that county and what the fee is for that. However, my question is, does anyone know how much the resort's transfer fee is?
 
You can disregard, I found my answer through the resort. It is $100 if anyone asks.
