massanutten shenandoah or Eagle Trace at Killy court?

updated-new question. wondering which is better? massanutten shenandoah 2BR or eagle trace at Killy court? Shenandoah is free standing house, if that matters. also, I know bedding is 2 Twins for Shenandoah in 2nd BR, what is it for Eagle Trace?

I haven't stayed in Shenandoah in more than 10 years but it was a king bed and then 2 singles. That is pretty common for many Massanutten 2 BR units. I avoid Shenandoah because our unit had over 50 steps to get to the front door and then living room was on the entry level floor and the master bedroom was on second floor and second bedroom was in the basement. If you were in the upstairs bedroom the temp was too hot and if you were in the basement the temp was on the cool side, it was just right in the living room (which did have a sleep sofa). It did have a nice view with balconies off both the master bedroom and the living room.

thanks. I looked at website, but I couldn't find specific bedding. I called resort. S has 2nd BR has 2 twins-perfect for our teens. We'll be sure to pack a fan! It was about the only 2BR on last minute rentals. Plus, I like the idea of a house with indiv. entrance to reduce Covid exposure.

We have a one bedroom with a full kitchen booked for the end of October at Shenandoah Villas. Per the confirmation, because it is a Saturday check in we will have a townhouse unit. Was yours a townhouse or a “freestanding pedestal unit“? We are nervous about the warnings regarding numerous steps outside and inside the units, but we know that we will be quite eager to get away from home by the end of October!

Ours was a pedestal unit - a 3 BR lockout. We had 2BR but there was also a 1 BR lockout as part of the unit.

It has AC. I can't comment on the AC distribution. When we were there it was late October/early November (and it snowed one night) so it was the heater that made the upper bedroom warm (we had to open the balcony door) and the basement bedroom was on the chilly side.
