Massanutten Rental

I had friends who were going to stay in lower unit.
2nd week of AUg
about 2 weeks prior they informed me they couldn't go
Handed it over to Massanutten Rental at last minute - they rented it for a weekend (you have no choice - once you hand it over you have to accept what they get) It was better than nothing. (I think I netted $ 175 after they took their cut (30%) )
Then following year I rented it out on my own on here - in the rental section. I think I started the listing March or April - It rented within 2 weeks of listing.
I would personally recommend listing it here. You get to keep the whole amount.
