Woodstone at Massanutten
Woodstone at Massanutten in the beautiful Shenandoah Valley! I have two. One is week 19 (May 9-16 in 2026). It is 2 bedrooms and sleeps 6. The annual maintenance fees are 631.00. The other one is four bedrooms or both units of 2 bedroom lockouts during week 21. (May 23-30 in 2026) Maintenance fees are 1212.00. Everything is paid for including maintenance fees for 2026!
I will pay the deed transfer costs as well. I have owned them for many years, but I simply can't use them anymore. I also have them listed on the TUG classified listings.
