Marriott's Willow Ridge

Has anyone been to Willow Ridge in Branson, MO lately? We have reservations for a week in April, and were wondering how much construction is going on, the best building to stay in, and just what anyone thought in general about the resort. Thanks.
 
I gifted a friend a week there back in March of this year. She and her group loved the resort and had no complaints at all. She didn't mention any construction. I'll have to ask her what building she stayed in and on what floor. AFAIK, she just showed up and didn't make any advance requests. She said the resort was a perfect location for the theaters and other activities they went to during the week.
 
We stayed there a few months ago and loved it! At the time, there was construction going on at the far end (might still be?), and some landscape work being done around the pool area. The rooms were nice (not luxurious), but the resort was way above our expectations! Great pools, game/play areas for the kids, movies, arts and crafts, parties, all sorts of interesting onsite activities. The staff was friendly and very helpful - they even got us dinner reservations for popular restaurants that don't accept dinner reservations! We were quite impressed and will be back for another stay. (We live just up the road in Springfield.)
