We were thinking of staying at this Vail Marriott location and noticed a disclaimer that this property does not participate in the Marriott Rewards Program.

I am understanding that one does not receive points or night credits for the stay?

Nor can one redeem points to stay?
If so, has this property always been this way?

Any thoughts or insight?
