What is trading power for MARRIOTT'S MONARCH AT SEA PINES? Presumably red week, 2Br ocean front. I could not find any info on tugs on this resort. I know previously it was not Marriott, but looking at the location ,seems it direct access to the beach and just from gathering info from Ownertrades.com - trading power is 23 . I am new to TS, so I am not sure is it good or not. Any owners can point pros and cons about this resort?
 
Monarch is mostly fixed weeks

So you need to know just what week is being offered. Also this has been a Marriott for a very long time. It was one of their 1st timeshare.
