Anyone have opinion on the value of these timeshares and if they rent/trade well? and is Silver use: wk: 01 to wk: 50

And would a purchase price of $300.00 MF $900. be good??

It is deinately not week 1 to 50. It is 1 - 6, 9 - 11, 45 - 50. The price depends on weather these are good times for you to go. It is also not lock of which diminishes the value especially when thinking about the MF. MF is more in the region of $1000+. I am not sure about the trading strength for a silver week. The only thing that might be good but this is a BIG IF is if EU resorts are brought into the DC club you might have purchased the ability to use a reasonable amount of points for very little purchase price.
