Yes I do like this. Look nice and glossy. Snazzy as well.

We've received them sporadically. I save each one. We got a Spring newsletter earlier this year. Before that there was one in 2023 then one each year from 2011 through 2017 with the exception of 2012. It is also possible I just didn't save the one from 2012. I wonder how much the management company charges the association for producing this newsletter and sending it out?

We also get two a year at Harbour Lake. Those seem to be more into details about resort operations, updates and budget. With less flair.
