Does anyone know the difference between a unit designated "e" and one designated "0" for this location? II lists both, but I can't find an explanation. I looked on the MVC website, and couldn't find any information there either.

They are the same. I think if you look at the multipage listing it list the studio one way and then when you click on the exchange so you only see the single one it list it the other way. There may be more than one configuration of studio but you can't tell by the 0 vs e designation in II.

I think 'e' is for efficiency and '0' is for studio. I often see 'e' used used in getaways searches but the same units show as '0' in exchange inventory. There is no difference. I see the same thing at Grande Vista and Harbour Lake.
