At Kauai Beach Club this week and went to a presentation yesterday at Waiohai. Both the sales rep and speaker at the owner's workshop mentioned Marriott going to an internal trading sytem combining the best of the Florida and Asia Clubs. Since Mariott was offering the 25%off- the only points incentive was the 50,000 self referral points.

The Salesman was honest in saying a single week owner would have little chance of getting one of the Oceanfornt units.

Only caught him in 1 lie- if you buy resale you are not a member ofMarriott Vacation Club and can't trade between Marriott's.

That one statement, resale buyers can't trade between MVCI property's, puts everything else he's said in question. You then have to decide if he's just ignorant of the system or a lier. Either way, it instantly becomes a credbilty issue with everything else he said.
