Marriott used to have a timeshare on Paradise Island. As far as I know, there is no Marriott, Ritz-Carlton or Grand Residence timeshare resort in the Bahamas now. Yet a supplement to the info Marriott is required to provide to the SEC states otherwise, as of June 16, 2006!

Can anyone explain what I am missing?
(I don't believe the explanation is related to a future timeshare, since other yet-to-open timeshare resorts - e.g., St. Kitt's and Marco Island - are not included in the list.)
