I want to get rid of this unit. I have tried contacting Marriott, they will not take it back. I have tried posting on Red Week and Ebay for $1, no luck. Any suggestions?

Put it in the Bargain Section right here on Tug as well as the Marketplace here on Tug. If you offer to pay closing costs and a year of maintenance fees it will have a better chance of getting a new home.

While trying to get rid of it yourself, I would still contact Marriott every other month to see if they have changed their mind. Their program parameters change periodically and you don't want to miss an easy out directly with them. Also being the squeaky wheal might persuade them just to get you off their back.

Sounds good, but Marriott has no market or demand for mud weeks.....

I guess I am out of touch, but which weeks are Bronze at Summit Watch? March thru June and October through December? I never think of weeks in terms of colors, just numbers.

Thanks.

Summit Watch Bronze weeks are 16-19 and weeks 44 and 45.

You're really thinking of their Silver weeks when you mention late spring to June and fall.

Gold season is about June 10 - Sept. 21 (weeks 24-38)

Thanks. I forgot there were more colors involved. I was thinking June sounded okay and maybe late Fall. This week Searae is trying to escape falls into a time of "nothing much happening"

Offer up a $200 gift card or even more if you have to because it might get you off the hook for $1000s in future MFs.
