Marriott St kitts - half-n-half at the store?

So my wife loves her coffee and very particular. She is concerned that there wint be quality cream / half-n-half. Have any of you been to st kitts and know whether or not there’s decent half-n-half. Would there be any issue bringing our own sealed individual half n half packets?
