I looked for a thread with no luck on this specifically but if it exists please just direct me there.

I have several bookings upcoming and can't find them in one place. Very frustrating when some of there are but others are missing.

Marriott bookings - The hotel stays were booked through the Marriott Bonvoy website and no issues with finding both past and upcoming.
Vistana bookings - Using our dashboard and using points.
Interval International - Booked through II, exchanges and getaways.

I log onto our Marriott Bonvoy account and I see all hotel stays, past and upcoming. I see an encore package date in February for Westin Lagunamar (originally booked with staroptions) and that is it. We are currently at Palm Desert Willows booked using staroptions and it is not showing up and if I search using the booking confirmation code, it is not found.

I have a week in February rented from a TUG member and received the guest certificate and confirmation but can't find it on any site. I get that guest certificates may be different so I'm not to put off by that one.

I understand that the merger would take time but am frustrated that some weeks are visible under the Marriott site but others are still not.

Interval may be difficult to merge as the members there could be affiliated with any timeshare, but why are my bookings through our Vistana site not showing up on the Marriott site (or at least not all of them)?

On a side note I was directed at the front desk to a onsite "specialist" when asking this question. The woman I was directed to threw her hands up and said she couldn't answer my question and said she couldn't even give me her best guess if it is something even being worked on.

I have all my reservations downloaded, saved and printed but considering these all full under one corporation now, it would be nice if a "small" thing like reservations could be found in one place.

II bookings simply don't have a way to automatically link Marriott/Sheraton/Westin stays to your Bonvoy number, but once you have the Marriott reservation number, you can login on marriott.com and search for the reservation. You can edit the guest information to add your Bonvoy number.

For Vistana stays, contact Owner Services to make sure they have your Bonvoy number added to the reservation system so it automatically adds it in the future. For the bookings you already made, they should be able to add it, but if not you should have received confirmation emails showing the Marriott reservation number, which is different from the Vistana reservation number. If you don't have those emails, ask Owner Services for the Marriott reservation numbers. Use the same process listed above to add your Bonvoy number via marriott.com

To get everything to show up in your Bonvoy Acct, you have to add your Bonvoy number to each reservation.

Yes, in the app, I go to Look up Missing Trip and add the confirmation number from II and the reservation is added to my Bonvoy account.

Thanks.
Can that be done after the reservation has been made?
I mentioned that you could in my previous post. As @claraj mentioned, the specific step (on either the Marriott app or marriott.com website) is to look up a missing trip using the name on the reservation and the correct confirmation number. You can then edit the guest information to add the Bonvoy number.

If the names across your II, Vistana and Bonvoy accounts don't match up correctly then even if you have the Bonvoy account listed on your accounts they won't go through to Bonvoy correctly.
Its easily sorted as soon as you get the MVC/Bonvoy reservation number contact Bonvoy to get the reservation attached.
It can be a bit hit and miss, but usually works. Also check that they have the correct Bonvoy number in your account when you check in and when you check out get the folio.
I do not favour further merger of back or front end systems, its enough of a mess at the moment without meddling with it further. Nice though it might be I'd rather be able to book my ownership online consistently without the website crashing. 1 step at a time......

I had them put my Bonvoy number on our room when we checked in. I'm assuming they found it as they congratulated us on our status and being a member.

Our stay here is not anywhere to be found on the Marriott side.

I'll keep trying and I'll remember to get the printout upon leaking as well.

Thanks
