The reservations made in my name for the WSJ weeks I recently purchased now (and happily) appear in my Vistana account.
My understanding is that at some point after the acquisition, Vistana reservations started to have a Marriott reservation number but that number is only present in the initial confirmation email. In particular, the Marriott number doesn't appear on the 'name change' confirmation emails that were forwarded to me by the sellers nor on the Vistana website.
If I call Vistana can the CSR see the Marriott reservation number? Or is my only avenue to contact the sellers and hope they still have the initial confirmation email? (Or give my Bonvoy number to the resort on check-in).
