Can I add a Marriott resale week to my current Interval Corporate membership or do I have to have separate membership?

Thanks!

Unless it was a Marriott purchased week in certain cases, such as foreign week.

It must be an enrolled week...

Yep, and you can still buy those. Just saying the OP didn't specify what he bought or where. But, I found out this past year you can buy a Marriott resale week direct, and have up to a year to enroll it buy purchasing some amount of points. So, it does not have to be immediately enrolled. But that could be added to the corporate account.
