They do, and someone else probably remembers when.
In II, you are giving a deposit so I believe it should be subject to the same rules. For weeks, 1 year prior to check in and 2 years after. For points, not sure what they will consider the Check in date, but you should have at least 2years.

You can borrow from next year, use in your year, and bank until the following year. I think I read that the year ends Dec. 31st for converted week owners.
