Exploring a September 2025 visit to Berlin and areas near there. Are there any Marriott or other timeshares worth pursuing on the vicinity? Proximity to the marathon start/finish preferred.

Hapimag
Berlin has two Hapimag locations, one near Berlin Zoo and a second not too far from Checkpoint Charlie.
No Marriott timeshares in Germany. As @Maple_Leaf mentioned, there is Hapimag, but they don't participate in II or RCI or other exchanges so you'd have to either buy a membership share or, if they still do it, sign up for their preview package.
