I have a 3 bedroom OV reserved with points. Is it true that that 3 bedroom penthouse is not a category? If I request a high floor, is it possible I could be placed on the top floor, and if so, do the 3 bedrooms have those transom windows which allow light into the unit in the early morning? Which building was most recently updated? Thanks

There are 3br Penthouse units. Not many as i think there are two 3br Penthouse ocean views (one each in moana and naia) and one 3br island view unit(in naia).

All units were refurbished within the past 2 years.

They have 2BR Penthouse units listed in the points chart...but no 3BR Penthouse units listed. A few years back, I was in a top floor (16th floor) 3BR in the Nai’a tower (booked via points). I can confirm it did not have the additional transom windows like the 2BR Penthouses have.....so perhaps that is the distinction....no extra windows = not considered a Penthouse, even though it was a top floor unit.

That said, the view was beautiful....as can be seen by the pics in my view from the balcony post linked below.....
