We had our offer accepted after Thanksgiving ($7000), sent for a waiver in early December, and it passed ROFR 2 days ago :whoopie: What should we expect next? How long should closing take? How long after closing until we get into the Marriott system? We are sending some dates to the current owners. Hopefully, they'll be able to book us something for 2012.

Hawaiian timeshares take a little longer time for transfer than main land.
But once your new deed is recorded and sent to Marriott, you will get an online access (or see that unit on your existing account) within 10 business days.
Congrats!
