Does anyone have a map of MKO that shows the room numbers and location of rooms in each building? Or can you point me to a thread that may have this attachment? I seem to recall seeing one somewhere (or it may have been for a different resort) but can’t find it. Thanks!

View from Ko Olina Na'ia building second floor 30212.

Although the parking lot was in front of us, the vegetation and setback partially hid it and we could also see the ocean and marina without having to giraffe. It is a very quiet, semi private and spaceous.ground floor non-lock-off 2 bdrm unit.

Not sure how room would be categorized on your chart.

Although there were some hiccups with check in and our room initially, the staff responded appropriately to correct and we were satisfied and impressed with Ko'Olina and would love to return.

We are not Marriott owners. Visited on a preview/promo package with presentation.

Is there some significance to the room numbering and it’s relationship to the three buildings? Your room was 30212. You were not on the 30th floor obviously. Just wondering about their numbering of rooms.

I believe it reads as building 3 (Naia), floor 2, room 12.

Good news and not so good news.
First the good news:
The “Island View Rooms” on the South side of the South-most building (sorry I don’t recall the building’s name) actually does have a view of the ocean way off in the distance as well as a view of the pleasureboat/sightseeing boat harbor which is very picturesque.
The bad news is that between the distant ocean and the harbor is a very industrialized area known as Barbers Point. It has huge oil storage tanks, factories and warehouses.
Just thought you should know.

The southern most building is Naia. The view in this thread shows the parking lot between the resort and the marina.

You can see a pano view from a higher floor (including the parking lot) here:

FWIW here is the second floor layout. Another benefit of this room was the door at the end of the hall which provided easy access to the beach, pool, bbqs and spa.

Odd numbered rooms face away from the pool on the wing we stayed on.
