Marriott Kauai Lagoons in Spring 2026?

Marriott Vacation Club - Grande Vista
In the Marriott points system, I'm trying to secure 7 nights leading to Easter 2026. I only see Kauai Lagoons available for check in on 3/28/2026. As some poster said, and still seen on Google Maps satellite image, there appears to be some large construction ongoing between the ocean and the resort-- its "Ocean View" may have become "Construction View" now. Does anyone have any information about it? Thank you!
 
Are the Lagoons close enough to the Kauai Beachh Club that the construction would affect it too?

Construction Updates​

The adjacent resort, Timbers Kauai, is undergoing renovation. Please anticipate construction noise during normal business hours. Work is expected to continue through May 14, 2025.

You can always check there for updates on all the resorts.
