You call them and make the request about 2 weeks out and explain that it is their honeymoon and ask them to give them an amazing view.

It's under the weeks FAQ, but sometimes if you are looking for something specific, it isn't all that easy to locate.
I would suggest you temper their expectations and if you haven't already, I personally wouldn't even mention the ocean view designation. Like when my daughter went for her honeymoon for an exchange to Maui (then Ko Olina), I had cautioned her that we had no control and to expect the worst. She called me from an OF room to gloat, LOL, holding up the phone so I could hear the ocean.
