Marriott Hotel age requirement

Not sure this is the right place to ask - used the travel package and was able to book a week at Miami Rennaisance hotel for my 18 yr old daughter and her friends - checking in without me - I plan to arrive the next day - I know for timeshare, less than 21 y.o. is the rule - jsut wondering if the hotel has the same rule too - can't find in the MArriott website.

You can Google "minimum age" (with the quotes) and Marriott and you'll see six or seven links in the first two pages indicating that the minimum age is 18 (except where a rental car is included in a package). For verification, you can call Marriott reservations.
 
Was wondering myself what the age for timeshare rental was. I have an unused AC. Can my 19 yr old use it?
