It’s roughly 900.

The 2025 annual gold MGV fees were $1956.88. So the every other year would have been half of that, $978.44. Just not sure how they handle the Florida Club Fee on EOY deeds. So it might be a couple bucks higher.

Do you know if your unit is in the Florida Club? Does your maintenance fee bill show a $4 fee.
