Trying to get some sunshine. We will not be doing parks, just staying on resort, walking and reading. Any recommendations for building for 3 bedroom ar Grand Vista. Also, do any of the buildings have extended balconies. We also will have 4 days at Harbour Lake in a 1 bedroom villa.

I had units in building 84 and 85. Right on the big lake

I can vouch for building 85. It’s in a great location and the bridge to walk across to the main pools etc is right there. But I had a 2 bedroom so not sure if there are 3 bedrooms in that building.

I believe I stayed in a 3 bedroom in that building.

I beleive all the buildings have 3BR units. Realise that to some degree, the type of unit you booked will determine which building. Buildings 77, 78, 85 and 86 all have dedicated (apartment style) 3RB units. All the other buildings have 3BR lock off units. So if you booked into a single entry dedicated 3BR unit, you will be limited to those four buildings in the West Village. We personally prefer the quieter Clubside Village section.

As for Harbour Lake lock off units, thus 1BR units, are only in buildings 28, 29, 30 and 31. If it matters, 28 and 29 are closer to the pool.

Thanks. Our confirmation says 3 bedrooms; 2 with king beds, and one with 2 doubles, and in Interval, it says ZZAO.

ZZAO is a 3BR lock off unit.

As for pools at Harbour Lake. Neither pool is really adult oriented. One pool has a pirate ship feature and the other is beside the kids waterpark/splashpad and that pool also has the waterslide.

Personally (if you're like us....and are looking for a little "quiet" at Grande Vista I'd stay away from the 2 main pools (there are pools away from the main 2 complex areas that were quieter and more peaceful). We were right above the main pool/check in area and we did not use the pool there at all.....I walked to one of the other areas and sat to read; just a lot going on around the main pool areas.....if you like that, it's perfect. But after a week of Harbour Lake (also known as kid central....and the best Marriott in my opinion for the under 8 crowd) I'd want some "quiet" at the Grande. We also did not visit the parks but did go visit the Harry P Leu Gardens in Orlando (it was November, so perhaps not as much in bloom) but we really enjoyed walking around.

We stayed for three weeks in a 3BR in Building 100 last March overlooking the practice range. Other than the golf course equipment in the morning it was really nice. Short walk to the main clubhouse and pool/gym.

I just found my post from 12/2019. We stayed in building #93 and had an issue with roaches. Maintenance came to spray and I also used Terro Baits. I can't stand bugs. My most recent stay was last March. I can't remember which building. The newest units were in the main building near the pool. We didn't travel with children, so we requested a different building to be away from the noise. I think they've removed the spa tubs and replaced them with nice showers in the master bathroom. At least, that's what I was told.
