Any other fees?

Technically the transfer fee is $25 and ROFR waiver fee is $95. Making the total $120.

I transferred 2 Hawaii weeks to daughter and Marriott charged 25 each. No ROFR since it was a "free" transfer. The title thing was kind of pricey---about 700-odd dollars for each week for Hawaii. First American Title (Marriott recommended).
