Marriott Fairway Villas Property Map/Building Request

I will be staying at the Fairway Villas next week with my husband. We would like to stay in a quiet location with a nice view from the patio (maybe of the golf course). We plan on spending a lot of time at the resort relaxing. I have been looking for a resort property map that has the names of the buildings but I have been unable to find one. Does anyone have a link to a map or one they can share? Do you have any building suggestions for a quiet location with nice views? Thank you so much for your assistance!

I see there is an area in grey that is future development. Is there construction in progress? If not, is that area also wooded. Forest Highlands

Marriott had built out 180 units at Fairway Villas with a previous plan of 90 more. Given the crash of 2008/09 and the fact that their golf course based properties simply didn't sell well, I am sure they have shelved these plans. I don't think they can sell off the land very easily given how it is situated with the rest of the property. Looking at Google Maps, it looks like the land was cleared for the scructures, but nothing is built or in progress at this time.

I dont recall any units having views of the golf course. The view for the most part is just trees and wooded areas. The whole resort is pretty quiet but I would say the units furthest away from the building entry are the quietest.

We were there 4th of July week, one of our home resorts though we stayed on points (reserved within 60 days) this year. It was a very relaxing, low key week. The back rooms on high/top floors would all mostly have views of the woods that are between the resort and the golf course - but agreed that there are no ‘real’ golf course views from the screened in balconies...There is a nice walking path around the golf course (and through it?) that you can get to from the (emergency exit) stairs by these back rooms. We always request a top floor closer to the pools, and have stayed in Congressional, Desert Springs and Eagle.

Enjoy your stay there, we always do, this time included! Admittedly though we missed past visits to Cape May and Atlantic City (and even Philadelphia) this time around, in an effort to stay safe, and observe social distancing...But it sounds like resort time is what you are looking for, so again enjoy!
