marriott destination points not showing up in my account [MERGED]

i looked in my account about a week ago and the option to take points was there looked today option is no longer there anyone else had this problem.
no points showing at all for that unit
 
Did you pay the Club Dues?
 
Same for me. Its a website issue I am sure. I'm paid up and was using that area of the website last night.
 
I was able to log in to my account and check. Same issue here;

I'm missing the Use Points tab..as I am sure all are with this issue this morning.
 
Same here. I also noticed that the order of the weeks changed (unenrolled weeks were always at the top of the list) but now seems more random.
 
Yes my fees are all paid
 
Anyone else this issue? I can see "USE WEEKS" but "USE POINTS" is not there all day?
 
I had tgat trouble earlier today. Thought MVC was trying to tell me something :oops:.

I bypassed it by going to my portfolio and found a link to Use my Points.

I have the Use Points tab, but still can't elect 2024. I also noticed that 2025 lines for each week are missing. They were there a few days ago.

Me too! I had just done a few sets of last minute reservations and cancels because of the changing weather conditions in Tahoe and thought I might have triggered some kind of abuse threshold. Glad to see it’s back today.
