Marriott Desert Ridge or Desert Springs I /II

Hi Out there !! I need help in selecting which timeshare would be the most enjoyable for my husband myself and our two adult sons (late 20's)
The three we are considering are Marriott Shadow Ridge and Desert Springs Villas I and II. They are all golfers and I am also interested in if anyone has found any ways of getting discounts on green fees in that area and any recomendations on specific courses. Has anyone stayed in any of these lately? I have read various comments about the condition of the units. Have any been recently remodeled?? You'd be happy at any of the properties. Desert Spring has alot more grass and Shadow ridge is more "desert like", but they are all nice.

As far as golf, your in Plam springs were there are more golf courses than you could believe. There are several website for discounts and tee times. here is a LINK to a thread about golf in palm springs.

Desert Springs Villas I might have a better set-up for your adult sons as you enter one main door into a foyer, then the two bedroom unit is split with two other entry doors. That way the adult sons will have complete privacy in their unit and just come over to your bigger unit for family get-togethers. It has separate bath from the shower in there as well and small patio.
