For a 3 bedroom Aruba surf club what do you pay for fees. We are renting a unit. Do you have to pay utility or tax fees on unit. Trying to figure out what we will owe.

We are looking to go to Aruba surf club in a 3 bedroom unit for thanksgiving 2024. Does anyone know if there will be an intended or things closed during this timeframe. I didnt see anything listed on Aruba site. Any help would b appreciated
Thanksgiving is a US Holiday- not observed in Aruba.

Sorry I meant will things be closed at the resort for renovations during this time of year thanksgiving 2024 week. Like will pool be renovated or outside work. I didn’t know where to find a schedule of refurbishment being done during that timeframe. A big one would be if the lazy river pool would be closed. Just trying to find out what remodeling is going on at that timeframe. Thanks Kathy
