Can I book the Marriott's Crystal Shores at marco island and be able to use the facilities @
Marco island Marriott? :ponder:

thanks

The Marriott resort at Marco Island is in the process of construction/re-branding that will result in it becoming a JW Marriott hotel/resort in Jan '17. Guests at Crystal Shores can use the public facilities (restaurants, spa, etc) that are open at the hotel but I don't believe they offer discounts anymore and I'm pretty sure you can't charge the services to your Crystal Shores folio. Still, the Crystal Shores concierge should be able to help you schedule any services.

I just booked a reservation at Crystal Shores for someone else and was informed that the hotel amenities were not available to Crystal Shores guests. Therefore, you would be just like any member of the general public when it comes to using the hotel facilities, with no charging of hotel expenses (e.g., restaurants) to your villa at Crystal Shores.

From our experience BocaBoy is correct. We have stayed at Crystal Shores a couple of times and there has been no access to the pools, etc. and no charging to your CS folio at the hotel.

This is correct. There is no access to any of the Marriott fcilities.

We are here now, at Crystal Shores, until Sunday.

The construction is going well, and there is very little noise impact, even though construction starts at 8 am.

Let me know if you have any questions.

It isn't like the Marriott hotel is right beside the Crystal Shores property anyway. There are several other hotels in between. This isn't like some of the other properties like Grande Lakes or Phoenix where you can move pretty easily between the properties.
