"Market Week?"

I was on the phone with MVC advisor and at the end of conversation he asked if I used my Market week yet? When I replied I had no idea what he was talking about, he replied I must not have received info yet and he transferred me to someone who would explain it. Well, I was on hold for awhile, then got disconnected. Anyone know what he was talking about? Is this another way to try to sell me something?

I have no idea what it is, but almost everything is an way to sell you something.

I'm going to guess it's a promo package. They told me once it's a benefit I can use once a year but I was already had an encore package so not eligible.

Guessing it's a marketing week, so an Encore or Preview package where you get a discounted stay and have to listen through a presentation. Defintiely legit (as long as you are sure it's really MVC) and we've used them a bunch of times.
