$550 plus $75 cleaning fee that is collected at check in.

2 bedroom townhouse with 2 bathrooms and a loft.
Washer and dryer in unit. Sleeps 6.

Building 4

Private beach.
Pool may not be open yet but hot tub is open year round.
Free parking
Free Wi-Fi
Fun stuff to do in the area.
Airport and museum only a couple of miles away.

One of the few timeshares that allows animals (for extra fee $50? Each for 2 max I think. Our dog used to love running on the beach (sadly she’s gone now).
