Marbrisa 3 bedroom maintenance fees

I'm looking to purchase a 3 bedroom week but currently only seeing maintaince fees posted for 2 bedroom. Anyone have a link or information.

I checked and it's only showing 2 bedrooms

An ad on Redweek shows the 3 bdm MF as $1662.

An ad on Judik.com shows a 3BR MF at $1398.39 + Taxes at $187.03 (gold season, not sure if that makes a difference in CA. The estoppel should show the MFs, along with all of the other usual information.

Personally I would not trust any online listing of MF’s. There’s no way to tell the year they are referencing or if they include all the taxes or Club Dues.

I agree, that is the main reason I wouldn't add to the hgvcmfs.com db. But, when purchasing an HGVC deed, I always check the MF listed. This is a good secondary check on the listing. I think that is what the OP is trying to do (due diligence)

I also saw a 3BR HGV Marbrisa on redweek and I wasn't sure if it is real or not since I don't find any information for 3BR on TUG.

The two examples are about 5% apart, with Judi’s being the lower of the two. If I were the OP I would inquire about both of those listings and question the accuracy and what year they represent? Based on the listings alone, you have no idea how long they have been sitting there. For all we know, both of them might be inaccurate.

It seems low, but who knows. Also, there is a HGVC fee, if you only own 1 share.

I would confirm its GPX. They have some great deals on weeks for sale and I would recommend buying.

I think the 3 bedroom can get a Golf cart! We got one when we have 3 units rented and DW loved it!
