Hi,

Is it permissible, under the new Marriott Destination Club program, to rent your home week usage out? I've reserved a week for usage but may not be able to use it. I'd like to know if renting it out is an option or if I would need to do this on the QT.

thanks in advance!

Yes, it's still an option. Marriott Weeks owners can rent out their ownerships regardless of whether or not the Weeks are enrolled in the DC, whether or not the reservation being rented was made using the traditional Weeks or as a result of converting an enrolled Week to DC Points.

In addition, owners of purchased DC Points can rent out any reservations they make using their points. Finally, DC Points can be transferred among any owners with a DC account, regardless of whether the transferred points are owned or are a result of converting an enrolled Week.

Thank you, Susan! I've posted this question a couple of times without response and was beginning to think I was getting myself into trouble just for asking the question!

Thanks again,
LAR
