Can anyone tell me the cost per point of the MF for point contracts at P@P? (Say a 15k contract for instance, if it varies by size)
What is the annual THE CLUB fee on top of that?

What is the deeded week MF fee for 2025?
(I haven't seen an annual statement yet)

HVC: The Point at Poipu, 3 deeded weeks, 1 of which is in The Club.

The 2025 fees for a 2 bedroom deeded week are $2654.50, if you include the "ARDA-ROC Voluntary Contribution". You have to opt out of that $7 contribution if you don't want to pu it. You can use a float/float deed to book an oceanfront unit, which would cost 15,500 points for most weeks except holidays.

Can anyone else pipe in about the Hawaii Trust MF/point?

I'll be there for Thanksgiving that will be a 19,500 point week.

Trying to pinpoint the difference between my deeded week cost ($2654.50 ....Thanks Art) and the cost of a points owner staying the same week.

I'm guessing a US Trust or Cabo Trust owner might pay somewhat less.

Thanks

According to youppi's chart for 2023, 15,000 points in the Hawaii Collection without Club membership would have cost $3,134. With Club membership would be $3,442. With a float/float deed the 2023 fees (including the "ARDA-ROC Voluntary Contribution") were $2,075.80.

Even Cabo Collection would probably be more expensive than $2,654.50 because 19,500 pts is a lot of point for just 1 week.

Perfect, Thanks

Yes, they really want a ton of points for those peak weeks!

We've got another decade of travel left in us at least.
Looks like I'll be staying on the deeded side, that's a lot of savings as long as we want to travel holidays and have OF.
