I received all of my WLR statements and I have viewed my SVV statements online.

My two recent WLR purchases are both showing VSN fees $155 and $50
While my SVV units no longer have the VSN fees.

Is there a department to contact beyond the regular club number?

You only pay the VSN fee on the first two VOI's. Once you own three or more there is no added VSN fee for the additional weeks.

Are the WLR VOIs resale? If so they are not in VSN and the fees should remain on the mandatory VOIs.

You can contact them through website and they will eventually remove the fees if not appropriate. Just pay what you owe.

Programming error... allocates VSN fees to first 2 timeshare weeks if owner is in VSN, but misses to check if they are voluntary resale weeks.
not only that, if the owner only has one mandatory resort (our case) the system still allocates the VSN fees for the second timeshare. In our case i would have not bothered to call them if it was the same amount but I called because I do not actually owe them the $50 for the second VSN network fee.

yes I knew that. Last year no problem, my two mandatory SVV units had the proper VSN fees and my two voluntary resale WLR units did not.

I picked up 2 more resale WLR units this past year and now they have they have VSN fees and my other units do not

I own 7 Vistana weeks, 4 of them mandatory, 3 voluntary. All 7 are in the same account. Some of them were purchased recently. My VSN fees are really messed up. I have 3 x $155 fees and 1 x $50 fee. And the VSN fees are all over the place, some on the voluntary accounts.

sounds very similar to my situation. I contacted owner services last week and they said it would be fixed by Friday. Didn't happen. I called back on Monday and they saw the notes on the account and said it could take up to 3 weeks.

Last year no problems but this year after my recent resale purchase, they messed it up. I might try asking them to change my VSN status on the two new WLR VOI's that they have charged me VSN fees

Only our Westin’s have the VSN fee. Our Sheratons, all voluntary, do not.

Last year it took them 6-7 weeks to correct it.

I assume Hawaii taxes these VSN membership fees? My two fees are not $155 and $50 but are $161.46 and $52.08.

My fees have also been fixed after 3 weeks, I just noticed today. The good thing, I did not waste time following up this time (I did it last year with no apparent result, it took them at least the same amount of time to fix it)
