Does anybody have any experience at Luperon Beach Resort in Puerta Plata, DR? I'm close to booking a week there for next to nothing, and am interested in their very affordable ($40/day) All Inclusive plan. I would love to hear what others have to say.

Yes, i have read the reviews on TUG but the latest is 150+days old so I'm looking for more personal and recent input, if it exists.
