Low point reservation

I made a reservation for 4 nights that should have been 266k points according to the points chart. When I selected the unit, the reservation was for 400 points. I made the reservation, have an email confirmation, and it shows on my upcoming reservations. All at 400 points.
Do you think that will eventually get caught and corrected or since I’ve received a confirmation everything is good to go?

Honestly, if it’s a reservation you really care about and don’t want to risk it getting cancelled, I’d probably call.

Sometimes I would see that after I borrowed points and made another reservation borrowing points. It would automatically borrow the points for me.

Back in September I posted about the points for reservations at Emerald Grande being the prime season rates when it should have been high or value season . I stumbled across this by accident and checked half a dozen dates clear into December. This was only for the standard units, not the PR units. I reported it to Owner Care but a month later it wasn't fixed. Not sure if it's been corrected yet.

Call and ask to have the excess points you were charged returned to your account. Yes, Owner Care can do this and they don't have to cancel and rebook your reservation.

I wasn’t charged excess points. i wasn’t charged enough points. Check out Emerald Grand in May. It is 300 points for a 4 night stay in a 3 bedroom.
