I'm looking to sell. Been a owner since the days when it was Trendwest. What would be the resale value? 64000 points annually.

They are selling for about 10 cents per point. Whether you can sell for more or less has to do with whether your account is fully loaded or not. Loaded means that you have credits that are unused from prior and current year.

Go over to wmowners.com and you can compare listings there. It's a site by owners and for owners. There are also listed trusted brokers if you would like to use one of them. If I want to know anything about Worldmark, that's where I go. For all other timeshare, I stay here on TUGBBS.

You should reserve some good dates at various resorts and rent them on TUG, Redweek and go-koala.com.

It's easy to get a few hundred per reservation over your cost. I rented Yellowstone for $2,200 in a 2 bedroom for June, 7 nights. It's worth keeping because WorldMark has resorts in areas that no other company has a foothold. Think Estes Park, Yellowstone, Washington state resort areas, Anaheim, etc. But if that doesn't make sense to you, then selling is always an option.

Lately I've been seeing a lot of Worldmark memberships for sale at the WM buy, sell and rent Facebook page and eBay. It's probably a better time to be a buyer than seller, imo. Here's a large loaded account on eBay to look at.

As stated above, go to the Classified ads section at wmowners.com; Buy Sell Rent
Some accounts are stripped of all credits (they rent them out to other owners) and others keep some in the account and the price is increased by their rental value.
If you have any credits that will expire in 2025, I would start by renting those out using the Credits for Rent (out) section. This is an easy process and is usually quickly done. Take a look at the existing ads to determine your price; earlier expiration dates go for less. Transfers take forever, like many months, so better to get those out of the account rather than let them expire while waiting for Wyndham transfers to get their act together.
Transfers can be a tedious process so using one of the trusted resellers can be worthwhile. They will take a cut of the proceeds, but when I sold a small account last year, I ended up with about the same amount I would have sold it for myself.

Wow. I have do many points and barely use them since 2020 due to disability and unemployment issues.

You will get the best price (about $6,000 minus commission and depending on total accumulated credits) selling through a legit broker.
