Looking for Wyndham Property Details

I am selling one of my Wyndham contracts, Royal Vista, and I'm trying to fill out the Florida Timeshare Sales Agreement form, and I don't know where to find the details about the current year maintenance fees and taxes. Below is the section of the form that I'm trying to fill out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You should be able to find this information in Paymentus or on the maintenance fee bill you should have received.

I have not been able to find any information like that in Paymentus. The only think I find is a total amount due each month. No break down by contract, or MF/Tax. Can you tell me where to find that information in Paymentus?

If you go into Statement History, you should find the annual statement. It will likely be mixed in with all the monthly statements too. It should stand out as one with an off cycle date. This is what I see with our CWA contract. I don't know if CWS looks different. See how the monthly statements are on the 28th, but the annual is on the 15th.
