I would like to speak with anyone that is an original owner of Oaks at Resort World which is included but across the street from Legacy Vacation Resort Kissimmee (which Oaks is now part of). I want everyone to know that the Oaks is a Condominium Association and always has been first and foremost before TS, I am hoping that information can help anyone trying to get rid of their timeshare. Legacy has made it impossible to exchange anywhere in Florida unless its a pit. That is because they want owners to transfer to other Legacy properties. Please look into your options based on my information.
We own a few timeshares and believe in the idea and process but this situation is not right and there are only 20 to 25 units I am referencing. The Oaks at Resort World is one of the original TS in Kissimmee a mile from Disney. My uncle paid a lot of money over many years to take his family and he did every year. This is a legal out if anyone is paying attention.
